In December, 2022 I had short notice that I would be able to relocate from one apartment to another in my same building. I contacted Windy City Movers and explained that I would need a mover in less than a month. Brea(sp) in the office was the call taker when I initially called and was very willing to work with me. She helped take this sudden stressful situation that I found myself in, to a calm, no problem we will work this out, situation. Each person I spoke to was just as nice as the next one. They were able to accommodate my request and scheduled a move that was suited to my need. The 3 man crew arrived at the pre-arranged time and they went to work immediately. The crew members advised me that they were there for me, and I was to feel free to ask them anything about the move or where any of the boxes etc., should be located in the new apartment. The crew were very patient with my thrown together packing and treated each box/case/cabinet/dresser, etc., as if there was glass or crystal in every box. I was getting tired and worn-out just watching how steady and fast this crew was working. I was dealing with courteous professional movers! My next move will be with Windy City Movers!

The experience from A - Z was seamless. Booking was easy. Windy City answered all questions, confirmed several times, called the day before and called when they were close. The moving crew worked like a well oiled machine. They were efficient & fast. Nothing was damaged. They broke the bed down and reassembled. Absolutely recommend.

Jerry, Angel & Danny were our movers and they did a great job! It was quick, efficient and they kept us updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future! Since they did such a good job, we asked if they would be willing to move a very old piano out of the house. They unfortunately didn't have the gear and Windy City Movers have a special crew for this. They called us back in a few hours and were able to come the same day for an amazing price! Moving is typically not fun nor easy, but Carl and John made everything go so smoothly! They were on time, finished quickly and did an amazing job - not too mention their fun sense of humor during the process. I highly recommend them!

I am writing this review both personally and professionally. Gerry, Manny and Angel moved me the Saturday after Thanksgiving and were hands down, the best movers I have every had. Exactly on time, kind and QUICK. No one likes moving, but they made the experience downright fun. I could not have asked for more quality humans to interact with. Additionally, as a Property Manager I have seen 100s of moves and dealt with dozens of companies. Going forward, I will in my professional setting, recommend Windy City, but especially these gentlemen. They are affordable, courteous, and it is clear that they care. Thanks guys!

They showed up early with a three person crew. We have a decent bit of vintage furniture from our grandparents and they took care of each piece. They move incredibly quickly and efficiently and work well as a team. The townhouse we moved into wouldn’t fit the large furniture up the stairway so we had to hoist it up through a second floor balcony. This was definitely not an easy move. Eppy (Epifanio), Bill, and Pablo did a wonderful job. 10/10 would recommend.

This outfit did a great job moving my things. June, Brandon, Angel did a fast and efficient job with no hiccups. They were in constant communication to make sure everything was done as intended. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I’ll use this group again.

From the time I called and scheduled the move with Brae (she was awesome and very helpful) to the actual move with Brandon, June and Manny (they were so efficient and they communicated frequently about everything or any concerns/questions), this was one of the easiest and seamless moves ever! I would highly recommend!!

My sister wanted to send me several heavy items from Chicago. BUT, good for me, bad for Windy City, I live at the bottom of a canyon in the Eastern Sierra. NO ONE wanted to deliver to me. Ed fought and fought and kept in touch with me the whole time. Finally he was able to find a shipper who would deliver. The items arrived in perfect condition -- the packing was awesome. In the end the poor driver was too frightened to drive down our road but helped us load everything into our SUV and watched carefully as we got it home. I would recommend Windy City to everyone!!!
